Who carries out the installation?

When should water pipes be renewed?

Typical reasons are old galvanised steel pipes, rust or brownish water, falling water pressure and leaks. In many of Munich’s old buildings the pipes are several decades old.

Replacement makes most sense when renovation is happening anyway, for example before new tiles or floors. Then nothing finished has to be opened again. What is needed, we see during the on-site visit.

Is underfloor heating worth it in a renovation?

Often yes, especially if the floor is being rebuilt anyway or a heat pump is planned. Underfloor heating works with low flow temperatures and therefore suits a heat pump well.

What matters is the build-up height of the floor and the condition of the subfloor. Whether underfloor heating can be done in your apartment or house, we clarify during the on-site visit.

Heat pump in an existing building - what needs to be clarified first?

Above all, whether radiators, pipes and electrical connection suit the heat pump. Often an extension of the meter cabinet is part of it too.

How much does a new plumbing or heating installation cost?

It depends on the scope: length and routing of the pipes, number of connections, chosen heating technology and the work on walls and floors. That is why we only give a reliable price after the on-site visit.
